1. The Flora & Fur Atelier Subscription

Flora & Fur Atelier provides a premium canine grooming aid subscription centered on an elevated, consistent dermal care routine.

Subscription boxes may contain a curated selection of canine grooming aids designed for external cosmetic grooming and coat and skin maintenance, which may include products such as:

• Bath Tea™
• Canine Salve™
• Dry Shampoo™
• Dermal Mist™
• Cleansing Bar™
• Body Wash™
• Bath Melt™
• Lotion Bar™
• Bath Bomb™
• Scrub Bar™
• sample or discovery-size grooming products
• other seasonal or supplemental grooming aids introduced by Flora & Fur Atelier

The exact assortment, size, format, packaging, botanical composition, and presentation of products may vary according to the Subscription offering purchased and product availability.

Flora & Fur Atelier may periodically refine, replace, discontinue, or introduce products as part of the Atelier collection.

2. Premium Canine Dermal Care Routine

The Subscription is designed to support a consistent premium grooming routine for the external care of a dog’s skin and coat.

Flora & Fur Atelier may use information voluntarily supplied by the Member, including information concerning a dog’s:

• breed or breed type;
• coat characteristics;
• age;
• grooming habits;
• environmental exposure;
• lifestyle;
• product preferences; and
• other grooming-related characteristics

to assist in selecting or recommending appropriate grooming aids.

Any such selection or recommendation is provided solely for cosmetic grooming and routine canine skin and coat care purposes.

It does not constitute a veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment plan, prescription, or medical recommendation.

3. Monthly Subscription & Automatic Renewal

The Subscription operates on a monthly, automatically renewing basis unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

By enrolling, you authorize Flora & Fur Atelier and its authorized payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for the applicable monthly Subscription price, plus any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges disclosed before purchase.

Your Subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled or paused.

There is no required annual commitment unless you separately purchase an offering that expressly states otherwise before checkout.

The applicable Subscription price and billing frequency will be clearly presented before enrollment.

4. Cancellation & Pause

You may cancel or pause your monthly Subscription at any time.

Cancellation or a pause prevents future Subscription renewals but does not ordinarily reverse a Subscription charge that has already been processed or a box that has entered preparation, customization, packing, or fulfillment.

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation or a pause must be completed before the applicable renewal charge is processed.

Cancellation and pause instructions will be made available through the Member account, website, or other method provided by Flora & Fur Atelier.

After cancellation or a pause, you remain responsible for any charges properly incurred before the change became effective.

Flora & Fur Atelier will not impose a cancellation penalty solely because a Member elects to discontinue a monthly Subscription.

5. Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of enrollment.

Flora & Fur Atelier may change Subscription pricing in the future. Any price change affecting an existing recurring Subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the revised price is charged.

Taxes, shipping, delivery charges, or other applicable fees may be added where disclosed and legally permitted.

Promotional, introductory, referral, founding-member, stockist-associated, or other special pricing may be subject to separate terms disclosed with the applicable offer.

6. Payment Authorization

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize the applicable recurring charges associated with your Subscription.

If a recurring payment is declined, Flora & Fur Atelier or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again where permitted.

A Subscription may be paused, suspended, or canceled if payment cannot be successfully collected.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information associated with your Subscription.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Fulfillment

Subscription products will be prepared and shipped or delivered according to the fulfillment schedule applicable to the Member’s Subscription.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Flora & Fur Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by Members, or other events affecting fulfillment.

Members are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Any address change should be submitted before the applicable fulfillment cutoff.

8. Product Variation & Artisan Character

Flora & Fur Atelier products may incorporate botanical, mineral, plant-derived, naturally sourced, or small-batch ingredients.

As a result, reasonable variations may occur between batches, including differences in:

• color;
• botanical appearance;
• aroma;
• texture;
• consistency; and
• visual presentation.

Such reasonable variations are characteristic of small-batch and botanical grooming products and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Packaging, vessels, labels, decorative materials, botanical components, and presentation may also change periodically without materially changing the intended function of the product.

9. External Grooming Use

Unless a particular product expressly states otherwise, Flora & Fur Atelier canine grooming aids are intended for external grooming use only.

Products should be used only according to the directions provided with the product or otherwise supplied by Flora & Fur Atelier.

Members should prevent dogs from intentionally ingesting grooming products and should keep products away from areas identified on the applicable product directions.

Products should be stored securely and kept away from children and animals when not being used.

10. Individual Canine Sensitivity

Every dog is different.

Breed, age, coat type, skin characteristics, grooming history, environment, allergies, sensitivities, medications, underlying health conditions, and other factors may influence how an individual dog responds to a grooming product.

A product that is well tolerated by one dog may not be appropriate for another.

Members should review ingredient information and product directions before use.

Where appropriate, a small-area introductory application may be used before broader application.

Discontinue use if unexpected redness, irritation, swelling, discomfort, excessive scratching, or another concerning reaction occurs.

If a dog experiences a significant or persistent reaction, contact a licensed veterinarian.

11. Not Veterinary Care

Flora & Fur Atelier is a canine grooming and cosmetic dermal care brand. It is not a veterinary practice.

Flora & Fur Atelier products, questionnaires, communications, recommendations, records, educational materials, and Subscription services are not intended to:

• diagnose disease;
• treat disease;
• cure disease;
• prevent disease;
• prescribe medication;
• replace veterinary examination;
• replace veterinary treatment; or
• establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

References to “dermal,” “skin,” “coat,” “care,” “routine,” “dossier,” “assessment,” “profile,” or similar terminology within the Flora & Fur Atelier brand relate to cosmetic grooming, observation, product selection, routine tracking, or the external maintenance of the canine skin and coat unless expressly stated otherwise.

Members should consult a licensed veterinarian regarding medical symptoms, diagnosed skin conditions, infections, wounds, persistent irritation, allergies, unexplained hair loss, or other health concerns.

12. Product Information & Ingredient Disclosure

Flora & Fur Atelier endeavors to maintain accurate product and ingredient information.

Because formulations, suppliers, seasonal botanicals, packaging, or sourcing may evolve, Members should review the information accompanying the actual product received rather than relying exclusively on photographs, historical descriptions, promotional materials, or information from a previous Subscription shipment.

Where a Member knows or suspects that a dog has a sensitivity or allergy, the Member is responsible for reviewing the applicable product information before use and seeking veterinary guidance when appropriate.

13. Member Information

The quality of any breed-, coat-, lifestyle-, or grooming-informed recommendation depends in part upon the accuracy of information provided by the Member.

Members agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Flora & Fur Atelier is not responsible for an inappropriate recommendation resulting materially from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the Member.

Members should update relevant information if their dog’s circumstances materially change.

14. Returns, Replacements & Product Issues

Because Subscription boxes may contain grooming products, botanical materials, individually selected products, limited-production goods, or products that cannot safely be resold after delivery, returns may be restricted.

If a product arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or unusable due to a fulfillment error, contact Flora & Fur Atelier within [insert number] days of delivery and provide the information reasonably requested to evaluate the issue.

Depending upon the circumstances, Flora & Fur Atelier may provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, account credit, or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

15. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable Subscription box has entered preparation or fulfillment, except where required by law or where Flora & Fur Atelier determines that a refund is appropriate.

Cancellation or pause of a Subscription applies prospectively to future renewals.

Refunds, replacements, or credits issued as a matter of customer service do not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in unrelated future circumstances.

16. Proprietary Content & Intellectual Property

The Flora & Fur Atelier brand and its associated materials contain proprietary intellectual property.

Except where otherwise permitted by law, all rights in Flora & Fur Atelier materials remain owned by Flora & Fur Atelier or the applicable rights holder.

Protected materials may include, without limitation:

• product names;
• trademarks and service marks;
• logos and insignia;
• packaging concepts;
• product descriptions;
• written protocols;
• grooming routines;
• questionnaires;
• charts;
• documentation systems;
• dossier formats;
• photographs;
• graphics;
• illustrations;
• website content;
• educational materials;
• proprietary product-development materials; and
• other original brand content.

Purchasing a Subscription or product does not transfer ownership of Flora & Fur Atelier intellectual property to the Member.

17. Proprietary Formulation Information

Certain non-public information used by Flora & Fur Atelier may constitute confidential business information, know-how, or trade secrets to the extent protected by applicable law.

This may include non-public information concerning:

• exact formulation weights or percentages;
• manufacturing specifications;
• proprietary compound ratios;
• breed- or coat-specific adjustment parameters;
• processing methods;
• internal testing methodology;
• supplier specifications;
• product-development documentation; and
• internal formulation or production systems.

Nothing in the purchase of a consumer product or Subscription grants the Member a license to Flora & Fur Atelier’s non-public manufacturing information, trade secrets, or proprietary production methods.

This provision does not restrict a consumer from lawfully discussing their experience with Flora & Fur Atelier, posting lawful reviews, sharing publicly disclosed product information, or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Photography, Brand Materials & Commercial Use

Flora & Fur Atelier photography, product imagery, illustrations, written materials, packaging artwork, graphics, and other copyrighted creative works may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without authorization except as otherwise permitted by law.

Purchase of a product does not grant a commercial license to use Flora & Fur Atelier intellectual property.

19. Responsible Product Use

The Member is responsible for following product instructions and exercising reasonable judgment when using grooming products on an animal.

Flora & Fur Atelier is not responsible for harm resulting from intentional misuse, use contrary to provided instructions, known contraindications disregarded by the Member, unauthorized alteration of a product, improper storage, or use for a purpose for which the product was not intended, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flora & Fur Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Subscription, products, website, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected where those rights cannot legally be waived.

21. Force Majeure

Flora & Fur Atelier will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performance caused by events reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, governmental actions, utility failures, labor disruptions, or similar events.

Where practical, Flora & Fur Atelier may modify fulfillment schedules, substitute reasonably comparable packaging or materials, or take other reasonable measures to complete affected orders.

22. Subscription Changes

Members may be permitted to modify certain Subscription information, preferences, shipping information, or other selections through their Member account or by contacting Flora & Fur Atelier.

Changes submitted after a fulfillment cutoff may not take effect until the following Subscription cycle.

Product availability may affect the ability to honor a particular preference or requested selection.

23. Suspension Or Termination By Flora & Fur Atelier

Flora & Fur Atelier reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a Subscription where reasonably necessary because of:

• nonpayment;
• suspected fraud;
• misuse of the Subscription;
• abusive or threatening conduct;
• misuse of Flora & Fur Atelier intellectual property;
• repeated fraudulent claims;
• unlawful activity; or
• material violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally required, Flora & Fur Atelier will provide applicable notice or refunds associated with termination.

24. Website & Digital Services

Access to Flora & Fur Atelier’s website, Member account, questionnaires, digital materials, or other online services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical problems, or circumstances outside the Atelier’s control.

Flora & Fur Atelier does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of digital services.

Members may not attempt to interfere with, gain unauthorized access to, scrape unlawfully, damage, reverse engineer where prohibited, or misuse Flora & Fur Atelier digital systems.

25. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with a Subscription will be handled in accordance with the Flora & Fur Atelier Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information concerning a Member’s dog may be retained where reasonably necessary to administer the Subscription, maintain grooming preferences, provide Member services, improve products and services, maintain appropriate business records, or satisfy legal obligations.

Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment processors and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

26. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or purchasing a Subscription, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications reasonably necessary to administer the Subscription, including communications concerning:

• enrollment;
• payment;
• renewal;
• cancellation;
• fulfillment;
• shipping;
• account changes;
• product safety;
• Subscription modifications; and
• Terms or policy updates.

Marketing communications will be handled separately where required by applicable law, and Members may unsubscribe from eligible marketing communications without canceling necessary transactional communications.

27. Changes To These Terms

Flora & Fur Atelier may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Subscription, business operations, legal requirements, products, or policies.

Material changes affecting an existing Subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

The effective date of the current Terms will appear at the beginning of this document.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29. No Waiver

Failure by Flora & Fur Atelier to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future.

30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s consumer-protection laws are mandatorily applicable.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of rights that cannot legally be waived.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Subscription checkout disclosures, Privacy Policy, product-specific instructions, and any additional terms expressly incorporated into a particular offer, constitute the agreement between the Member and Flora & Fur Atelier concerning the Subscription.

If a specific promotional or Subscription offer contains additional terms, those additional terms apply to that offer to the extent they do not conflict with non-waivable law.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a Flora & Fur Atelier Subscription, the Member acknowledges that:

1. the Subscription is a monthly automatically renewing subscription;
2. the Member may cancel or pause at any time, subject to charges already processed or orders already entering fulfillment;
3. Flora & Fur Atelier products are premium canine grooming aids intended for cosmetic dermal, skin, and coat care;
4. Flora & Fur Atelier does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment;
5. individual dogs may respond differently to grooming products;
6. the Member is responsible for reviewing product information and following applicable use instructions; and
7. continued Subscription enrollment constitutes acceptance of the Terms applicable to the Subscription, subject to applicable law.
