Stockist Terms & Conditions

Flora & Fur Atelier® provides first-of-its-kind Precision Dermal Wellness™ solutions formulated strictly to the canine pH spectrum of 6.2–7.4. As an authorized Stockist, you agree to maintain the luxury, science-backed positioning of the brand. Our products must be displayed in a clean, professional environment that aligns with premium canine care.

Stockists are granted the use of one (1) Flora & Fur Atelier® artisan counter display unit per physical storefront location.

The counter display must remain positioned in a high-visibility area, ideally near the primary point of sale or checkout counter.

The display must strictly feature authentic Flora & Fur Atelier® products, promotional business cards, and official educational materials provided directly by the Atelier.

Stockists may not alter, obscure, or modify the branding, educational text, or structural integrity of the display unit.

In-Store Standalone Offerings: Stockists are authorized to purchase our physical standalone collection—including Cleansing Bars, Scrub Bars, and Lotion Bars—through the Stockist Portal at designated wholesale pricing. Stockists may sell these physical items directly to consumers in-store.

Subscription Referrals: The monthly subscription box, known as The Dermal Dossier, remains an exclusive direct-to-consumer offering fulfilled by the Atelier. Stockists shall promote the subscription using the provided custom card codes and QR assets. Stockists are strictly prohibited from breaking apart, unbundling, or independently reselling subscription box components as standalone items.

To preserve the premium positioning of the brand globally, Stockists agree to adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

Standalone physical products must be marked up and sold at the designated retail price listed within the Stockist Portal (typically a 50% retail markup margin).

Stockists may not advertise, discount, or publicly list Flora & Fur Atelier® physical products below the standard MSRP without express written consent from the founder.

Permanent clearance, digital marketplace undercutting (such as third-party listing on Amazon or eBay), or unauthorized online bundling is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Stockists are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Flora & Fur Atelier® official imagery, product descriptions, and scientific trademarked terminology (e.g., Precision Dermal Wellness™) solely for marketing our products.

Stockists may not create their own alternative digital branding using the Flora & Fur Atelier® name, logo, or assets without prior review and written approval.

All wholesale inventory and Counter Kit orders must be processed and paid in full through the secure Stockist Portal prior to shipment.

The Atelier reserves the right to review, pause, or cancel any wholesale order to ensure local territory protections or quality control standards are maintained.

Shipment fulfillment timelines for custom or bulk boutique batches will be stated clearly upon checkout within the Stockist Portal.

Flora & Fur Atelier® reserves the right to revoke Stockist authorization, deactivate portal access, and request the immediate removal of all brand displays if a partner violates these pricing, presentation, or brand alignment guidelines.
