At Flora & Fur Atelier®, we recognize that the bond between a guardian and their companion is built on a foundation of absolute trust. We extend this guardianship to the data you entrust to us. We do not view your information as a commodity, but as a sacred dossier required for the precision of our craft.

I. The Stewardship of Data

We collect only the information essential to the formulation of your companion’s bespoke rituals and the seamless operation of our Atelier.

  • Companion Biometrics: We archive breed-specific coat data, dermal history, and lifestyle profiles. This data is used exclusively to calibrate the pH and biomolecular potency of your specific "Series" formulations.
  • Guardian Identity: We secure your name, residence, and encrypted payment identifiers.
  • The Log: We track your feedback and ritual frequency to refine future "Vintages" of our garden-harvested extracts.

II. Integrity of Product

  • Sealed Potency Protocol: To maintain biomolecular stability, active compounds are delivered in sealed, medical-grade pouches. This prevents degradation and ensures pH calibration remains precise until application.

III. Our Unwavering Prohibitions

  • No Commercial Dissemination: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or companion data to third-party brokers or marketing conglomerates.
  • No Autonomous Intelligence Training: Your companion’s health data and images are never utilized to train external or third-party AI models.
  • No Digital Excess: We do not engage in invasive tracking. Our "Digital Apothecary" (Survey) is a tool for precision, not surveillance.

IV. The Springfield Protocol (Security)

  • Digital Sovereignty: All online transactions are shielded by 256-bit encryption.
  • Physical Integrity: Any hand-written Batch Production Records or physical consultation notes are managed and stored within our secure Springfield Atelier.
  • Destruction Policy: Upon a member’s request to exit the Atelier, all digital and physical dossiers are permanently scrubbed and securely disposed of within 30 days.

V. Your Sovereign Rights

  • The Right to Access: You may request a complete "Data Portfolio" of your archived information at any time.
  • The Right to Calibration: You may update your companion’s biometrics as they age or as their dermal needs evolve.
  • The Right to Erasure: You may terminate our guardianship of your data, resulting in the immediate cessation of all data-driven personalization.

VI. Inquiries of Integrity

Every inquiry is handled personally by our Creative Director within our Springfield Atelier, in accordance with the Massachusetts Standards for the Protection of Personal Information (201 CMR 17.00).
